[Apr 15, 2006 @ 7:33pm] you know you go to steele high school when: + you can count the number of 'ghetto' people on your fingers & toes. + you know how to position yourself perfectly over the railings so that noone can see up your skirt. + you've perfected your route to 4th period so you don't get run over by the boys sprinting to athletics. + you haven't paid for your cookies on thursday for months. + you've questioned mr. shuler's sexual orientation once or twice. + mr. sangalli's theater announcements creep you out a little. + it isn't weird to hear country music blasting in the parking lot more than rap, pop and rock. + even the emo kids own at least one article of clothing from american eagle... even if they won't admit it. + you know all three ways around the myspace block. + you've made at least one joke about sosa's butch-ness. + staring at people passing outside the windows is your favorite pasttime during bio/ipc/chem/physics. + even the nerdiest of nerds know all about the weekend: who cheated on who, who got caught by their mom, who was naked in the pool & who it was that actually paintballed that one guy's house. + (sophmores) you're totally moving down to regular history next year. totally. + you still can't figure out if mrs. vann's pregnancy is a good or bad thing. + you're pissed that you can't get into well's property anymore. + you know exactly which turn to stop speeding at on borgfeld. + sonic knows you by car. + you know a varsity team isn't necessary to have school spirit. + it's rare that you see someone you haven't seen before in school. + you secretly check your reflection in the hallway windows every passing period. + you know how to sneak off campus if mr. ebbecke's guarding. + wait, we have a school song? + you've watched more movies in mr. whitson's class than at live oak cinema. + someone fishing on top of their car in the parking lot really isn't that weird. + cheeseburgers & curly fries for lunch everyday is perfectly nutritious. + you realize one day that your 3 different circles of friends are really just one big circle. + your life revolves around ten numbers: 1103, 3009 & 78. + you think it's hilarious when clemen's people say they hate steele. + it only took you 3 months to get used to the drive to school. + you've pretty much got friends of every label, race & grade. + when your teacher tells you they'll be absent you start praying right away that it's not mrs. pratt or mrs. gutierrez. + actually, you really just start praying that it's ramsay's grandma. + reply?

[Dec 29, 2005 @ 3:19pm] [ music | sigur ros - andvari ] oh god, i am sick. i mean really, really sick. considering i was basically fine last night, besides some allergies here & there. today i can't breathe out of my nose. & i've gotta blow it every 5 minutes :[. plus sneezing. my throat hurts like hell if i'm not constantly drinking. i've got a cough. & a hella bad headache. and my body feels brutally weak. lifting the thing of tea out of the fridge was hard. omfg. where did this come from? wah. in my opinion: - tea is the best to drink when you're sick. - sigur ros is definately the best to listen to when you've got a headache. - wolf parade & metric are definately not. tried it. - yoga is the best when you're sick but you know you need to get off your ass. - loud 20-year-old brothers should not-be-home like this more often. when you're sick. i need someone to do something to cheer me up :[. like, make me something cute in paint lmao. idk. or give me lotsa myspace comments. mhm. [Dec 28, 2005 @ 3:13pm] holy crap. i've never had so much nothing to do. something thrilling needs to happen. soon. i've only got two things to say: first of all, i've gotten a lot of new friends in the past few weeks. so if i don't have y'all added on myspace, go for it > myspaceee. adddd it. also, i'm excited. 'cause i'm planning on opening up a layout community. for both myspace and livejournal; it's already under construction right now. but i'll probably have everything ready to go by new years. um, it's an all-made-by-me community, lol. but i might possibly have a few other makers join later on. possibly :]. idk, i've just been thinking about doing it for a while & i have nothing better to do. in other news, i really like this picture. it's hella old. it's from end of summer. look how freaking long zach's hair is! lmfao. & mine's really long too. it was about 6 inches longer here. dang. me, zachary, courtney & michael. yayyy! read & reply?
